 What is Parkour?
Parkour is the physical discipline of training to overcome any obstacle within one’s path by adapting one’s movements to the environment.

    What is Free Running?
Free Running is a form of urban acrobatics in which participants us the environment to perform movements through its structures. It incorporates efficient movements from parkour, and adds aesthetic vaults and other acrobatics, creating an athletic and aesthetically pleasing way of moving.

fLipSpot’s Parkour and Free Running program follows this progression of classes,  Parkour 1 to Parkour 2 to Free Running 1 to Free Running 2.  Students are placed in classes based on skill level to help prevent injury.  Students must test out of their current class to advance to the next.
